First of all, let me say that this is *not* a "thus saith the LORD" and
"it is thus written in stone" kind of prophetic word. I am presenting here
the insight of my prophetic-soul and what I see now developing as the very possible scenario that will engulf the entire world.

What we are seeing coming to fruition before our very eyes is the end of
this dispensation of grace to the gentile nations, the rescuing and full
redemption *and restoration* of Remnant Israel, and the refining and
beautification of the Bride of Messiah-Yeshua: The Church *and* the elect
of Abraham's seed. - THE GROUP that constitutes The Eternal Body of Messiah: A Living, Eternal Being [of many members/vessels] which exists in Time and Eternity: in both Heaven and on/in earth.

OK. Here is what I see as the current prophetic scenario as it now develops:

* Obama [a nominal 'christian' and a closet-Muslim] is elected President of the United States. He is sworn in with his hand over the Koran, ... or possible with his hand over BOTH the Bible and the Koran.

* This seals the judgement and fall of America, ... and the anguish and repentance of the real remnant of Christians who truly love Jesus in the U.S.

* Pope Benedict continues a flurry of ecumenical activity and is soon succeeded by "the last Pope" of the Roman church, - which is none other than what the Book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ refers to as, "the false prophet."

* America falls as a world economic and military power, ... and is reconstituted as the Union of the United States of North America.
[Note: EITHER America is brought to utter ruin and is destroyed, ... or she arises as "a mountain made without hands" and "the rod of iron" which OPPOSES the antichrist beast which arises out of the EU and UN] ... time will tell.

* The meteoric rise to power of a person who is soon hailed as "a political and diplomatic genius" and as even "the muslim-jewish-christian mahdi-messiah" who [amazingly and *seemingly*] solves the Israeli-PLO-Hamas-Iranian conflict.

* satan solidifies his 'world-kingdom' via the EU, the UN, and the established unity of "ecuMENical world religions of peace and love and brotherhood."

* GOD SENDS a strong delusion upon the entire earth. "deep darkness covers the whole earth."

* THE REMNANT ARISES IN SUPERNATURAL POWER. *Romans 8:14-23*

The meaning of the word 'Vatican'...

The word 'vatican' comes from Latin and is a contraction of two words in the following way:
'Vatis' = 'profetic' or 'diviner' 'Can' = 'serpent/snake'
These two words combined make:
'the profetic- or made devine serpent'
The Vatican is a place, so you may say, that 'Vatican' means 'the place of the profetic- and worshipped serpent'.
Trying to translate 'divining serpent' into every-day-English I would say it means:
'A spiritual serpent that is worshipped as god'.

In the Vatican-museum the crest of the Vatican is the oldest and central piece of their collection. Underneath you can see a photo of this 'icon of the Vatican'...

The crest of the Vatican: 'the serpent-dragon'; it represents the pagan god Marduk from Babylon; Roman Emperor Heliogabalus introduced it to the Roman Empire in the 3rd Century. Just before the Vatican had been formally established by Emperor Constantinus in the early 4th Century with the crest of Marduk. Clearly, the Vatican is the priesthood of Marduk!

Knowing the meaning of the word 'Vatican' no one will be surprised that the crest of the Vatican is 'a serpent-dragon', because that is exactly what the word 'vatican' says it means ánd what our Bible says in Revelation 12:9 'the dragon, the old serpent called devil or satan...'.
Of course there are many more ways to find out the true nature of 'the vatican'...!

Vatican: deception of the highest kind!

Like a true cameleon the opponent of God knows his way through the world and how to deceive mankind not to worship and honour the only true God, but honouring him as god instead. Of course the king of liars and murderers is also very satisfied in keeping people away from God. The devil wants to take as many people as possible with him in his downfall.

Both Vatican and pope go against God's Commandments

The Vaticaan has erased and altered a number of the Commandments of God [read Exodus chapter 20], for instance:
the 4th (Sabbath-) Commandment and the 2nd (Not to make or worship statues-) Commandment.
Instead of the 4th 'Sabbath-Commandment' the pope introduced 'the Sunday'; the holy-day of the trinity-sungod also known under names as: 'Baal, Astarte and Tammuz' or Isis, Horus and Seth (='IHS')
Instead of the 2nd Commandment the pope introduced the making and worshipping and veneration of statues from saints and pagan gods...
Instead of the 1st Commandment the Vatican appoints 'a replacer of God on Earth [=Fili Vicarus Dei]...the pope...

Also these pagan rituals and symbols are used in Buddhism [=god Buddh = Baal], Hindu-ism, New Age, Wicca and Masonry; always the same rituals, the same symbols, statues, pictures and titles and stories occur...

Research the word Vatican in many Latin - English / English - Latin dictionaries, or encyclopedias, and you will likely find that Vatican City and St. Peter's Basilica of the Roman Catholic Church were built upon what was called in Latin vaticanus mons or vaticanus collis. The words mons and collis mean hill or mountain. You will also find in the dictionaries that the words vatic / vates / vatis all relate to prophecy as shown here:

Vaticanus then is a combination of Vatic + anus, just as Romanus is a combination of Rome + anus. Therefore, vaticanus collis or vaticanus mons mean "the prophetic hill or mountain", which can be rephrased as the hill or mountain of prophecy. The word Vatican is just a shortened form of the word Vaticanus, just like Claudian is a shortened form of Claudianus, as shown above. This association of the Vatican with prophecy is even confirmed by this recent Catholic book:
Where does the word "Vatican" come from and what does it mean?
The word derives from the Latin vates, which means "tellers of the future." This name was the name given to a hillside on the west bank of the Tiber River in Rome because daily lineups of fortunetellers used to hawk their "wares" there to passersby on the street.

The Apostate Church

The woman described in Revelation 17 represents an apostate church, the direct opposite of the true and faithful church represented by the woman described in Revelation 12. While the Roman Catholic Church readily and willingly identifies itself as the woman of Revelation 12, the bride of Christ, it is precisely and graphically described in Revelation 17, as we shall see.

Rev 17:1 ... Come hither; I will show unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:
Rev 17:2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.

Rev 17:3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

The woman of Revelation 17 rides a symbolic beast. A beast in scripture is symbolic of an empire or state. Examples of this are explained in Daniel 7, where a lion represented Babylon, a bear represented Medo-Persia, and a leopard represented Greece. Therefore, the woman of Revelation 17 riding a beast is symbolic of the combining of the ecclesiastical power of church (the woman) and political power of the state (the beast), i.e., a church in control of state power.
Rev 17:18 And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.

The Vatican City is the seat of the Roman Catholic Church, and since the Lateran Concordat of 1929 it is also an independent country, the epitome of Church and State combined. The full formal diplomatic title in Italian is STATO DELLA CITTÁ DEL VATICANO, as shown on the coin below from the pontificate of Pope Pius the 12th, which means:

Conclusion:
The Vatican (STATO DELLA CITTÁ DEL VATICANO), which means City-State of prophecy, is the woman of Revelation 17, Jezebel, the apostate harlot, the mother universal church, the persecutor of the saints that sits on seven hills in Rome and claims authority over the kings of the earth.

Now note this passage in Revelation 2:
Rev 2:20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.
Rev 2:21 And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.
Rev 2:22 Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.

In prophecy a woman represents a church, and Jezebel here represents the apostate church, who has taught corrupted doctrine, which is described as fornication, just as in Revelation 17:

Let me be very clear. This change is His job, not ours. Our goal is not to make our faces radiant. Not even Jesus did that. Matthew says, "Jesus'
appearance was changed." not "Jesus changed his appearance."
Moses didn't even know his face was shining. (Exodus 34:29).
Our goal is not to conjure up some fake, frozen expression. Our goal is simply to stand before GOD with a prepared and willing heart and then let GOD do His work.

And He does. He wipes away the tears. He mops away the perspiration. He
softens our furrowed brows. He touches our cheeks. He changes our faces
as we worship and SEEK HIM.

UNLOCK THE PRISON DOORS OF PRIDE:
Dealing With the root-wrongs of everything:
How to Heal the Church,...and your own life as well.

Every wrong attitude of heart has its origins with pride. As it is written,
“IF MY PEOPLE that are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” ~ 2 Chronicles 7:14

As a missionary and a Christian minister I have noticed that there are a lot of people and churches going through trials. There is disunity, divisions, bad testimonies through compromise and sin. So I pray and seek God for answers and how to help bring healing and victory to those who are truly born of God’s Spirit.
I believe that every wrong attitude of heart starts with PRIDE! Those attitudes include; hatred, anger, unforgiveness, jealousy, envy, resentment, independent spirit and rebellion, lack of love and offensive actions such as: fighting, divisions, slander and gossip, also compromise and every kind sin. I believe the root problem of all of these things is pride.

1 Peter 5:5-7 Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another and be clothed with humility, for
“God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.”

James 4:6-10 But He gives more grace. Therefore He says:
“God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.”
Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double minded. Lament and mourn and weep! Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.”

To quote one of the short proverbs from my husband’s little book, Wisdom for the Wise: “Be humble … or you’ll stumble.”

There are so many warnings in scripture against pride. Let me quote for you just a few:

Proverbs 16:18 Pride goes before destruction. And a haughty spirit before a fall.

Proverbs 11:2 When pride comes, then comes shame; But with the humble is wisdom.

Proverbs 29:23 A man’s pride will bring him low. But the humble in spirit will retain honor.

If you want trials, problems and situations that bring you shame, and lots of trouble: just keep your pride. If you are a Christian you will be humbled through God’s Fatherly chastening process till you repent of the pride and the attitudes it has caused in you.

Hebrews 12:5-6 And you have forgotten the exhortation which speaks to you as to sons: “My son, do not despise the chastening of the Lord. Nor be discouraged when you are rebuked by Him. For whom the Lord loves He chastens. And scourges every son whom He receives.”

It is far better to humble yourself than to require God to chasten the pride out of you. However, sometimes pride will only go out through chastening and/or the Refiner’s Fire. That’s because pride blinds the heart and we often can not see ourselves honestly. We can usually see the faults in others a lot faster than we see our own. It is also pride which inspires the judging of others, often harshly or unfairly.

Whatever you do if you are being chastened, GIVE IN TO GOD! Don’t harden your heart and rebel. YEILD! SUBMIT!

It is far better to be honest-hearted about yourself and simply ask sincerely, ‘God, help me to see myself as You see me. Help me to see myself as others see me and give me a true and balanced view of myself. In Jesus’ name.’ God will answer that prayer.

I have found that there is very little true discipling going on inside most of the churches of today. There are worship services, seminars, Bible study groups and even care groups, that should provide deeper discipling. However, true discipling requires that the student or follower is willing to be accountable and teachable, which requires humility. When I was a very young Christian I was privileged to live with my pastor and his wife and child. I was subject to them and began to be truly discipled. That was 32 years ago. Today the attitude of new converts is often very different. There is little conviction of sin and thus little understanding of the need to change and be discipled in the truths that will bring the virtues of humility and the formation of true Christian character. As a missionary and teacher I find it so hard to disciple new converts. Few and far between are the humble that want someone to make them accountable, teachable, and correctable.

Jesus said, Mark 10:15 Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the Kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it.

Sometimes, true enough, people criticize us and we might get a little defensive. It’s easy to get defensive, especially if we have pride, but even if the critics are wrong we need to ask, ‘Is there any truth in this criticism?’ And remember: faithful, loving, caring critics are a gift from God.

Now remember the sin of satan, above all else, was pride and rebellion. When you have pride you also will have rebellion in your heart. It caused Lucifer, to be cast out of heaven, and made him God’s enemy and ours. GOD HATES PRIDE!

Proverbs 8: 13 The fear of the Lord is to hate evil; Pride and arrogance and the evil way and the perverse mouth I hate.

In the book of Daniel it tells of the pride of a king named Nebuchadnezzar. He lost his senses for seven years and lived like an animal who ate grass, - all because of pride and self exaltation. At the end of seven years God restored him and here is what he learned from the experience:

Daniel 4:37 Now I Nebuchadnezzar praise and extol and honor the King of heaven, all of whose works are truth, and His ways justice. And those who walk in pride He is able to put down.

Today, we should seek to understand this very clearly: God is cleansing His people and purifying those that are His true children.
We should pray often the powerful, searching prayer of Psalm 139:23+24
Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me and know my anxieties; And see if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
He will search our hearts and does so whether we ask or not. But it is always best if we ask Him to do so *by willing invitation.* He simply won’t endure pride in His children, in His church, or in His bride. The world is destroying itself by way of war, greed, power struggles, hatred, violence, jealousies and all the horrible fruits of pride. GOD WON’T TOLORATE PRIDE TO REIGN AND RULE IN HIS TRUE CHURCH. It has brought such division and compromise and deception and scandals and reproach to the name Christian and Christianity. IT MUST STOP! WILL IT STOP WITH YOU ?

Face it. Plead with God to make you an overcomer of this UGLY and DEADLY SIN.

I will share a few lines from a prayer book by Beth Moore. It is a powerful poem worth reading carefully…

My name is Pride. I am a cheater.
I cheat you of your God-given destiny …
because you demand Your own way.
I cheat you of contentment… because you
“deserve better than this.”I cheat you of knowledge
… because you Already Know it all.

O LORD, TEACH US TO PRAY...

(this was an essay my wife wrote just the other day while meditating on the Word of GOD. I would like to share it here because it has such a vital message regarding *rightly praying* according to the instructions of Jesus Himself) . . .

And He said unto them. When you pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven.
Hallowed be Thy name. ~ Luke 11:2

.....that whatsoever you shall ask of the Father in My name, He may give it you.
~ John 15:16b

Has God changed the way to pray? Why do we hear so many Christians praying without specificly using THE NAME OF JESUS, while others address their prayers to Jesus and not to the Father. Do we need to relearn the proper way to address the Godhead in prayer?

Some people may think this is unimportant. They may say God knows my heart. Yes, scripture says He knows what you will ask before you even ask it. [Matthew 6:8] However, there is a proper and BIBLICAL way to approach God and a VERY IMPORTANT WAY to finish prayer. Except for those emergency times when all you can perhaps manage to utter is a 'HELP ME' prayer, we should follow the simple directives of scripture as given in the Bible.

I will also remind you that the day we live in is a day of much deception and compromising of the ways of God and the Word of God. We now have a politically correct 'god', which is not the GOD of the Bible. This 'god' could accommodate any religion or philosophy. This is what I call the 'mush god' or the 'whoever-you-are-god'. For this reason we should go back to the clear and unmistakable directives of scripture and be careful to make it clear Who is our GOD AND THROUGH WHOSE NAME WILL HE RECEIVE and HONOR our PRAYERS TO HIM.

For quite some time now and in the last few years I often hear Christian teachers, leaders, pastors, etc. who pray and never mention the name of JESUS. They may end the prayer with a simple 'AMEN' or IN THE STRONG NAME OF CHRIST. Well, Christ is not His name, It is only His title. HIS NAME IS THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. Is it important? YES ! Very. There are many 'christ's'.
Matthew 24:24 "For there shall arise false Christs."

When a leader is praying publicly it is especially important to say His name in ending prayer so the hearer will really know who you have addressed and through whom the prayer will be accepted. We are to pray to the God and Father of our LORD JESUS CHRIST. So I would say to end a prayer properly and to rightly acknowledge the one we actually address and the one Who is the only one to bring us into God's presence with our request we need to say, 'we pray in the name of THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.'

This is not some kind of legalism. It is a clear Biblical exhortation and instruction IN WHOSE NAME we are to pray. GOD has not changed in what He has taught and instructed us in these very important matters relating to prayer and RIGHTLY RELATING to GOD Himself. God's people are taking too many liberties and thus getting away from true prayer and (too often) into 'a FORM of GODLINESS BUT DENYING THE POWER THEREOF' [II Tim. 3:1-5]. There is POWER in HIS NAME: The Name above all other names. I do believe that this is a very important issue that needs to be addressed. Even as I write this the enemy has tried greatly to hinder me from finishing this message, but to God be the glory, the enemy's deception is now exposed.

Father, GOD. I pray in JESUS' NAME that everyone who reads this message will consider what is said and adjust their prayers, publicly or privately, to be powerful and honoring to You in every way, according to Your Word. I ask thisin the mighty and most precious Name of the LORD JESUS CHRIST. Amen.

GOD IS LOVE.

HE is also "angry with the wicked every day."

We must be VERY CAREFUL to always distinguish clearly between the group that is the object of HIS LOVE, ... and those who are the object of His anger or wrath.

* Predestinated, elect Christians.

* CHRISTIANS in varying degrees of carnality and/or ignorance.

and

* The rejecters, the tares, the goats, ... those covered by the indictment in Romans 1:18-32.

GOD IS A CONSUMING FIRE.

HE IS ALSO THE REFINER'S FIRE, *and* GREAT MERCY ... for His own.

Blessed be the Name of the LORD Yeshua, and the Fire of His Holiness.

Most of us have heard (or perhaps read) of the biographical book, "The Seven Pillars of Wisdom," by the British military adventurer, T. E. Lawrence [of Arabia]. But just this morning I began meditating on this theme, ... and THE LORD via the Holy Spirit gave me so very very clearly and succinctly what follows, ... hope you enjoy it...

THE SEVEN PILLARS OF WISDOM...
(Proverbs 9:1, and Psalm 15:1-5)

1) INTEGRITY.Being a man or woman who can be trusted to do what is right in ANY circumstance.

2) Fear and Reverance for GOD & His Laws, Principles, and Decrees.

3) LOYALTY & ALLEGIANCE TO THE KING: to Government & Authority.

4) KINDNESS & MERCY, - *coupled with* wisdom, discernment, and love for Truth.

5) GRACE for the oppressed and the (truly) repentant.

6) KNOW what is subject to change, ... and what is not.
And always act accordingly.

7) HUMILITY that never inflates or exalts "self," - but always highly esteems and honors GOD, - The King and Ruler and Judge of all.

and add to this: fearlessness. ... fearing only GOD: which is always true courage and true wisdom combined.

REMEMBER always Who & What GOD IS, ... and that you are nothing apart from HIS Life and Good Grace.

GOD Is The Supreme Being, ... and The Moral Center of the Universe. Morality *always* involves and revolves around *right relationship/s*.

Wisdom has built her house;
she has carved out its seven pillars. ~ Proverbs 9:1 [NLT]

1 Who may worship in Your sanctuary, Lord?
Who may enter Your presence on Your holy hill?
2 Those who lead blameless lives and do what is right,
speaking the truth from sincere hearts. [1]
3 Those who refuse to gossip
or harm their neighbors
or speak evil of their friends. [2]
4 Those who despise flagrant sinners, [3] and honor the faithful followers of the Lord, [4]
and keep their promises even when it hurts. [5]
5 Those who lend money without charging interest, [6]
and who cannot be bribed to lie about [or take
advantage of] the innocent. [7]
Such people will stand firm forever.

3 Who may climb the mountain of the Lord?
Who may stand in his holy place?
4 Only those whose hands and hearts are pure,
who do not worship idols

and worship in Your presence, O God of Jacob.

A PRAYER FOR THE PERSECUTED CHURCH . . .

"I love You, O LORD, my strength. THE LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my GOD is is my rock, in Whom I continually take refuge. He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I call upon THE LORD, Who is worthy of praise, and I am saved from my enemies."
~ Psalm 18:1-3

O LORD, we pray today for our brothers and sisters who live with trauma and fear; they live with daily hardships because they are Christians in a world that hates Christ.

O LORD, deliver our persecuted brothers and sisters whose lives are daily
under threat, and those who are in prison, branded "apostate" and
sentenced to death because of their testimony for Jesus.

O LORD, rebuild the shattered lives of our persecuted brothers and
sisters; they struggle to maintain faith, hope and grace to forgive,
as satan attacks their hearts and minds and bodies.

O LORD, enlighten those who through ignorance, blindness, demonic
interference and sin have set themselves against Your Church,
and yet are merely sinners in need of the Saviour.

We pray to You, the only living GOD, the Sovereign Almighty GOD for Whom nothing is impossible. We ask that You, the GOD of all Peace,
[Hebrews 13:20] will intervene in the conflicts in this world.
We especially pray that You will "frustrate the ways of the wicked"
[Psalm 146:9] and disrupt, expose, and destroy terror networks and immoral
social traditions, for the sake of Your Kingdom and Glory, O LORD.

Dear LORD, by Your Holy Spirit embolden and compel Your Church to preach the whole Gospel. May conviction of sin abound, may righteousness spring up, may persecutors of the Church be transformed into preachers of the Gospel [Galations 1:23], and may liberty fill the earth that all who see it may rejoice in THE LORD Yeshua, our Saviour and King. Amen.

IT'S YOUR CHOICE

On one side stands the crowd.
Jeering. Baiting. Demanding.
On the other side stands a peasant.
Swollen lips. Lumpy eye. Lofty promise.

One promises acceptance, ... the other: a cross.
One offers flesh and flash, ... the other offers faith and trials and triumph.

The crowd challenges, "Follow us and fit in."
JESUS promises, "Follow Me and stand out."

They promise to please. GOD promises to save.
GOD looks at you and asks, "Which will be your choice?" ?

Who Is The 12th Imam?

Within the Shiite, (which is predominate in Iran), it is prophesied that there is a coming 12th Imam who is the great spiritual savior. This Imam is named Abu al-Qasim Muhammad or also called Muhammad al Mahdi. He is said to have been born the son of the 11th Imam, Hasan Al-Askari and his wife, the granddaughter of an Emperor. There are conflicting statements of her name being either Fatima or Nargis Khatoon.

Most accounts of the story say that al Mahdi went into hiding as a child around the age of 5 years (about 13th Century). It said he has been ‘in hiding’ in caves ever since but will supernaturally return just before the Day of Judgment.

According to the Hadith the criteria for the Hidden Imam are:

* He will be a descendant of Muhammad and the son of Fatima.

* Will have a broad forehead and pointed nose.

* Will return just before the end of the world.

* His appearance will be preceded by a number of prophetic events during 3 years of horrendous world chaos, tyranny and oppression.

* Will escape from Madina to Mekkah, thousands will pledge allegiance to him Will rule over the Arabs and the world for 7 years.

* Will eradicate all tyranny and oppression bringing harmony and total peace. Will lead a prayer in Mekkah which Jesus will be at his side and follow in his footsteps.

Remarkably, the 12th Imam theory plays heavily into the world’s current concerns with Iran. The Shiite Muslim President of Iran, Ahmadinejad, is deeply committed to the Islamic Messiah, al Mahdi. There have been many through the years claiming to be the Hidden Imam but Ahmadinejad believes he is yet to come. He claims that he is to personally prepare the world for the coming Mahdi. In order to save the world, it must be in a state of chaos and subjugation. Ahmadinejad claims he was “directed by Allah to pave the way for the glorious appearance of the Mahdi”. This apocalyptic directive includes some very scary proclamations.

The 12th Imam: Why Is This Especially Important Now?

While Christians look for Jesus’ 2nd coming, the Jews await the Messiah and Muslims await the 12th Imam. However, of the three, Allah’s designated Mahdi is the only one who demands a violent path to conquer the world. Mr. Ahmadinejad, and his cabinet, say they have a ‘signed contract’ with al Mahdi in which they pledge themselves to his work. What does this work involve? In light of concerns over Iran’s nuclear capabilities, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has reportedly stated Israel should be wiped off the map. He spoke to the United Nations in September ’05. During that speech he claims to have been in an aura of light and felt a change in the atmosphere during which time no one present could blink their eyes. Iran’s PM is also said to have spoken in apocalyptic terms and seems to relish conflict with the West whom he calls the Great Satan. This is while he proclaims he must prepare the world for the coming Mahdi by way of a world totally under Muslim control. He is working hard to bring about the world-wide horrors that must be in place for their al Mahdi to bring peace.

This notion and goal, along with a violent hatred of infidels, America and Israel reminds us of Biblical prophecies of the coming anti-Christ and the pledges of millions to a deceiving False Messiah who will claim to bring peace. Could this 12th Imam Mahdi and his servant Ahmadinejad spark the last days of the coming true Savior?

The agenda of "the Prince of Persia" and the Principality over
Persia (and much of the Middle East) is to 'bring forth' THEIR VERSION of the last "great messiah/mahdi" who will subjugate and "rule the world for Islam/Allah" with Jesus as his main side-kick [prophet] and cheerleader. (!) . . . late into the tribulation period, this same "messiah/mahdi" will declare himself "God" and therefore worthy of worship as such. - THIS will trigger "the abomination that makes desolate." STAND, THEREFORE, IN THE HOLY PLACE.

Frightening Comparative Analysis of Islamic and Christian Eschatology, September 29, 2006 By Dr. Ambrosius Aurelius

This book is a fascinating, frightening comparative analysis of Islamic and Christian eschatology. The author is a Christian (Protestant) who has studied Islam during the course of his long-term involvement in interfaith dialogues. Drawing from the Koran and the Sunna--the two principle sources of Islamic doctrines--he has identified the prophesied Islamic Messiah, Muhammed al Mahdi, as a figure quite similar to the Christian "Antichrist," as described in the book of Revelations, and in the Judaic prophecies of Ezekial and Daniel. He then demonstrates that the returning "Jesus" (Isa) of Islamic eschatology is quite similar to the Christian "false prophet," who will, in fact serve the Antichrist in the conquest and destruction of Israel, presenting himself to the world as a non-divine "Jesus" who is subservient to Allah and his Mahdi. The author's interpretation of the two prophetic traditions is that the Mahdi will re-establish the Islamic Ottoman Empire, which was essentially built on the foundation of the Orthodox Christian Byzantine Empire. This book is particularly frightening in light of the current turmoil in the Persian Gulf. For example, the militias of the Shi'a leader of Iraq, Mohktada al Sadr, is now called the "Mahdi" army. Muhammed al Mahdi is supposed to return to earth, presumably reuniting the Sunna and Shi'a factions of Islam by his presence. The prophesied destruction of Israel in the end times is supposed to originate in Khorasan, modern day Iran. Skeptics will scoff at the whole concept of prophesy, and the perrenial concerns about the "end times," but, after reading this book, I certainly wonder if we are witnessing the beginning of a pan-Islamic reign of terror in the Middle East, and around the world.
